The chenango land trust has protected 10 properties either through fee ownership or conservation easement.  These properties are located in Chenango and Broome counties in New York State.

In addition, CLT holds the conservation easement on 39 acres owned by Southern Madison Heritage Trust (SMHT) - see https://www.smht.org/html/schapiro_reserve.html for detail about the property and public trails on it. In a reciprocal fashion, SMHT holds a conservation easement on 26 acres owned by CLT which does not have public access.
